yes,we make dress from picture also.
send us your dream dress picture on our email address or whatsapp to get price and description

we can modify dress on your requirements like color, fabric type, work color, neckline, sleeves style, work material or whatever changes you want just contact us and describe.


2. Can i place order through your whatsapp number?

yes,contact us on our whatsapp number, talk with our live sales agent and do finalize all things then our staff will email you measurement form,delivery address form and payment transfer method to place order.


3. Can i change Color combination of any dress?

Sure,you can


4. How long does it take to ship an order?

Shipping time may vary Article to Article.

Bridal Wear: 2 or 3 months
( for urgent making please contact us we can do that)

Special Occasion: 3 to 4 weeks
Party Dress: 3 to 4 weeks
Groom Sherwanis: 3 to 4 weeks
Embroidered Sherwanis and full Embroidered kurta: 6 to 8 weeks
light Embroidered kurta: 3 to 4 weeks
Artificial jewelry: 5 to 6 weeks

5. Can I modify my order once it is placed?

It depends on what amendments you want.Some amendments can be made even after placing your order but some not.please email us or join us on whatsapp so our sales agent will let you know such amendments are possible in your order with no additional cost or you need to pay additional amount for such amendments.
However, an order can be amended within 24 hours of order placement.


6. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement after that not possible.

because once fabric is dyed and cuts on your provided sizes we will not accept any cancellation or modification in order because that fabric can not be used for any other order This is the main reason.


7. Can I add sleeves in any sleeveless dress?

We can add sleeves of any size in any sleeveless dress.



8. I have got an approval for my custom order which requires an additional money, how do I pay for it?

Discuss additional work with our staff to make additonal payment.



9. Is it safe to visit your website and safe to order with you?

10. what measurements do you need?

we will send you measurement form with images guide on your email id or Whatsapp with required body measurements for outfit.


please clarify while sending us measurement in email that you are sending body measurements by tape or ready dress measurement from any garment

Take all sizes carefully by inch tape and double check all to avoid any hassle.
please ask someone home to measure you that will be best or visit any nearest tailor with our form and ask Tailor to take your body measurements by tape.
Ask someone to take your each body size picture as they will guide us well for good stitching and proper fitting.

Please keep in mind that you should be wearing normal clothes while taking measurements.
Jeans and heavy blouses or cloths are not recommended while being measured.

Lay the tape measure flat against the skin dont pull it too tight, nor let it loose.

dont leave any extra inches or finger inside tape. take correct size from correct place and get help from our image guide.


11. I dont know my measurements or my size?

we will guide you how to get your body sizes or how to take body measurements for outfit dont worrry.


12. After placement of order, what is next to do?

We will ask for your body measurements and will email you measurement form along with order details to avoid any mistake.
After getting body measurements and reply on email or whatsapp if,our team come out with any question we will forward it on your email, Whatsapp.

once your order is ready we will dispatch it by express courier on your provided postal address.


13. I plan to place  bulk dresses order, can I get any discount?

If you are placing bulk order for any occasion we will offer you discount.

Finalize dresses which you want to order us.

we will review your inquiry and will offer you best discounted price.

14. Do you do wholesale business also? 

yes,we do work in wholesale for boutiques and shops provide us the SKU or pictures along with the required quantity and sizes and we will send you wholesale prices based on your requirement.

15. I am a Fashion designer and looking to use your stitching and embroidery expertise, how do I do that?

Please send us your order specifications and get our price quotes based on your requirement.

Once you final the quotation and let us finalize deal with you then you can send us sketches, embroidery and detailed descriptions and we will do the rest.

We keep all such orders confidential and do not use your designs anywhere else.

Your unique designs will never appear on our website. 



16. what is your return or exchange policy?

No return no Exchange in any condition for Custom made outfits

Dresses made on custom size and on your requirements are not returnable or exchangeable in any terms.


17. Do you use normal post office service to dispatch items?

No,we use only express courier services to dispatch items worldwide after proper packing.


18. Can i change work color of any dress like from gold to silver or silver to gold or gold to antique?

yes,we can do that for you.

19. what payment methods you accept?

We donot accept credit cards or paypal for bridal dress,occasion dress and heavy work sherwani payments.

We offer discount on other specific payment methods 

We accept payment via Money Gram, bank transfer, Wise, Xoom, RIA, Western union etc please discuss with our staff on Whatsapp.



20. if,i place order from USA and my wedding is in UK or any other country can you dispatch me item to other country if, i ask?

Yes,we can deliver your dress to other country if, courier provides services in that country.


21. Shall i have to pay any customs duty or taxes upon arrival of parcel in my country for clearance?

Incase any customs duty or local taxes apply in your country to clear your parcel then you will have to pay them.

We are also not responsible for any customs clearance delay or courier delivery delay due to any issue as it is not in our hand.

22. What Quality of fabric do you use for Bridal Occasion dresses and Wedding Sherwanis?

We use highest quality 100% pure Fabric like French Lame, Jamawar banarsi, Chiffon, Organza, Velvet, Raw silk,Karandi, Gerogette, Karandi, Katan, Mesoori, Tissue Silk etc bridal outfits.
For Sherwanis we use Jamawar, Raw silk, Velvet, Suiting Fabric, Karandi ,Mesoori

23. What quality material you use for hand embellishment on outfits?

We use superb grade material for work like kora, dabka, sequins, stones, swarovski crystal, pearl, beads, thread, stones, kamdani etc for hand embellishment.
We dont use ordinary plastic stones or low cost beads or material like other shop keepers,boutiques,vendors which gets dull or gray early.
Our hand embellishment material remains shine and fresh long time if,you care.

23. Can i make any change in stitching style?

Yes.just discuss it on email or on our whatsapp with staff and brief what exactly you want

24. Can i change fabric type of dress?

Yes, fabric change possible if,you want to change dress fabric we can do that and our sales staff will suggest you what fabric is best and in fashion. 

25. What if, dress is not fits on me?

We leave some extra fabric inside shirt so,you can fix it ( tight or loose) by any local tailor easily faster but very rare chance of it as we do follow body measurements provided by customer.We can provide you free fixing.
In lehenga there are hooks to adjust it on your waist without any issue.
you wont have any issue in fitting if,you send us your budy measurements pictures with tape. for guideline please ask on whatsapp or email.
