1. if,i provide you picture of dress which is not published on libas gallery website can you make it?

yes,we make dress from picture also.just send us your dream dress picture on our email address or whatsapp to get quote.

we can modify it also on your requirements like dress color,fabric type,work color,neckline,sleeves style,work material or whatever changes you want just contact us and describe.

2. Can i place order through your whatsapp number also?

yes,contact us on our whatsapp number, talk with our live sales agent and do finalize all things and then our staff will email you measurement form,delivery address form and payment transfer info to place order.


3. Can i change Color combination of any dress?

Sure,you can suggest us your wished color combination from any other dress
picture or by our color chart

4. How long does it take to ship an order?

Shipping time may vary dress to dress.
we ensure the delivery of your order keeping the following turn around times.

Bridal Wear: 2 months or more
( for urgent delivery please contact us)

Special Occasion: 3 to 4 weeks
Party Dress: 3 to 4 weeks
Men Sherwani and kurta: 3 to 4 weeks
Artificial jewelry: 4 to 5 weeks

Parcel Transit Time : 5 to 7 business days
( by Express Air Courier)


5. Can I modify my order once it is placed?

It depends on what amendments you want.Some amendments can be made even after placing your order but some not.please email us or join us on whatsapp so our sales agent will let you know such amendments are possible in your order with no additional cost or you need to pay additional amount for such amendments.

However, an order can be amended within 24 hours of order placement.


6. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement.After that time not possible.

once fabric is dyed and cuts on your size and work started we will not accept any cancellation or modification in order Because we deal in custom made outfits and fabric once dyed and cuts on your measurement can not be used for any other order This is the reason.


7. Can I add sleeves in any sleeveless dress or if i want any changes to an outfit?

You can add sleeves of any length in any sleeveless dress.
you can even change your neckline style also or any other changes that you have in mind.

just discuss with us on phone,email, whatsapp and our staff will get back to you ASAP with suggestions.

We will inform you first if,your custom changes are cost affective like changes you want can be made at the outfit on same cost you paid or you will need to pay additional money.

Please do not forget to mention changes in the additional comments box while doing online shopping or mention changes in seperate email and text us on whatsapp.


8. I have got an approval for my custom order which requires an additional money, how do I pay for it?

Discuss additional work with our staff and its cost then we will guide you further to make additonal payment.

9. Is it safe to use my credit card or paypal account to place order with you?

it is safe to shop online at Libas Gallery as we maintain the highest levels of security.

We assure you that we take the privacy and security of your payment and personal details very seriously.


10. I plan to place my order with you asap but can you tell me what measurements do you need?

Please email us or contact us on whatsapp or call us to discuss these with our live sales agent we will email you measurement form and graphic guide on your email id with required body measurements for outfit.

if,you shop online then you may skip some measurements form fields that are only needed for specific outfits.

Please mention in email you are sending us your body measurements by tape or ready dress measurement from any garment

Take all sizes carefully by inch tape and double check all to avoid any hassle.
please ask someone home to measure you that will be best to avoid any hassle or visit any nearest tailor with our form and ask Tailor to take your body measurements by tape.

Please keep in mind that you should be wearing normal clothes.
Jeans and heavy blouses or cloths are not recommended while being measured.

Lay the tape measure flat against the skin dont pull it too tight, nor let it loose.

dont leave any extra inches or finger inside tape.we just need accurate body sizes


11. I dont know what my measurements are can I suggest my size?

Yes,Write us what size fits on you US UK etc from our size chart that displays ready sizes.


12. I have placed my order, now what to do next?

Your measurements and order specs will be reviewed by our concerend dept
if,our team raises any question regarding your order then we will get back to you asap on email,whatsapp.

once your order is ready we will dispatch it by express courier on your provided postal address.


13. I plan to place a bulk or multiple dresses order, can I get any discount?

If you are placing a bulk order for any occasion we will offer you good discount.

First Finalize dresses by sending us item codes or pictures of item you want to order us.

we will review your inquiry and will offer you discounted price whatever possible

14. Do you do wholesale? and if so, how can I get a bulk wholesale quotation?

yes,we do work in wholesale for boutique and shops provide us the item codes or pictures along with the required quantity and sizes and we will send you wholesale prices based on your requirement.

15. I am a Fashion designer and looking to use your stitching and embroidery expertise, how do I do that?

Please send us your order specifications and get our price quotes based on your requirement.

Once you close the quotation and let us win the contract you can send us sketches, embroidery and detailed descriptions and we`ll do the rest.

You can also send us fabric or any accessories that you have to add to your order.

We keep all such orders confidential and do not use your designs anywhere else.

Your designs will never appear on our website. We may also offer you fashion photography service which you can use to promote your items.

16. what is your return or exchange policy?

No return no Exchange in any condition as We dont sell readymade items.

Dresses made on custom size and on your requirements are not returnable or exchangeable in any terms.


17. do you use normal post office service to dispatch items or what?

No,we use only express courier services to dispatch items worldwide after proper packing.


18. Can i change work color of any dress like from gold to silver or silver to gold?

yes,we can do that for you.

19. what payment methods you accept?

we do accept credit cards and paypal payment but for very limited amount
we donot accept credit card or paypal for bridal dress,occasion dress and heavy work sherwani.

Discount not possible on paypal and credit cards payment.

Discount is possible on other payment methods like Xoom,Azimo,Money Gram,

Western Union,Xpress Money,Bank Transfer,Ria,wise etc

20. if,i place order from USA and my wedding is in UK or any other country can you dispatch me item to other country if, i ask?

Yes,we can deliver you dress to other country if,DHL express courier provides service in that country but it will be on your own responsibility totally.


21. what i have to do if, any customs duty or taxes apply in my country after arrival of parcel for clearance?

Incase customs duty or any taxes apply in your country to clear your parcel then you will have to pay it at your own as we are not responsible or liable for that.

We are also not responsible for any customs clearance delay or courier delivery delay due to any issue.

22. What Quality of fabric do you use for bridal dresses?

We use highest quality 100% pure chiffon,pure jamawar banarsi,pure organza,pure velvet,pure raw silk etc for bridal outfits

23. what quality material you use for hand embellishment on outfits?

We use Aplus grade high quality material for work or hand embellishment not ordinary or plastic stones or low cost beads material like other shop keepers,boutiques,vendors using.
Our hand embellishment material remains shine and fresh long time if,you care it properly.

23. Can i make any change in stitching style if,i dont need any thing which is in picture and want to change it according to my wish?

Yes.its posisble.just discuss it on email or on our whatsapp with sales staff and brief what exactly you want and we will do that for you.

23. Can i change fabric of dress like if,i dont like net or any fabric which is shoing in picture and i want to replace it with some other option?

Yes,fabric change possible if,you dont like any fabric which is in picture of dress you are going to order you can discuss with us and change it on your wish and our sales staff will be happy to suggest you what fabric will look better
